This wind parka was specially ordered by BEAMS based on THE NORTH FACE's famous Mountain Light Jacket sold in the 1990s. The monotone coloring gives it a cool impression.

The cuffs are also made with only original soft elastic for a light and soft touch. The zipper is made of a metallic material that is lighter than it looks. This is a garment with a lot of attention to detail.

The overall silhouette is roomy, and can be adjusted at the hem. High-density polyester taffeta, a new material, is used to make this jacket lighter than the jackets of the time. The jacket is finished with no lining to make it even lighter.
