This special edition bag is woven from resin using a circular loom still in use in Japan, a type of loom originally designed for storing rice and wheat.
The polypropylene plain weave fabric used in this "rice bag" is lightweight yet sturdy. The bottom, developed specifically for sewing rice bags, is stitched using a robust, thick-threaded Canney sewing machine. The extended drawstring at the end is a unique design inspired by the traditional rice bag. It can be carried by hand or over the shoulder. The sides are lined for excellent storage capacity.
The front features a special design with the <BEAMS JAPAN> logo. This tote bag is suitable for everyday use, such as shopping.
