Material : Cast Iron

Enamel (enamel) processing: Enamel made from glass is resistant to the acids in ingredients and does not transfer odors even after long-term use. Staub's enamel processing is highly durable.
Knob: The knob is designed to withstand high temperatures and can be used in the oven. (Compatible up to 250°C)
Pot: Cast iron, enamel processing, knob: Steel (nickel plate)
Pot bottom: The smooth bottom can be used with all heat sources. Compatible with direct gas flame, ovens, and induction (100V, 200V). (Cannot be used in microwave ovens)
Black matte enamel processing: The interior is Staub's unique rough processing. The fine unevenness increases the surface area, making it easy to absorb oil and reducing the contact points with ingredients, making it less likely to burn.

STAUB's classic Pico Cocotte round lid features MASTERMIND WORLD's iconic skull pattern and brand engraving.
Both the pot body and lid are made of thick cast iron. The ingredients are heated evenly and gently, and the moisture containing the flavor of the ingredients turns into steam and fills the pot. The steam then passes through the protrusions on the back of the lid, called "picos," and returns to the ingredients as droplets containing the flavor.
This unique Staub mechanism, "Aroma Rain," locks in the flavor, bringing out the sweetness of vegetables and making meat soft and juicy. The pot will create a rich flavor without adding any broth.The inside of the pot is finished with a rough, matte black enamel (enameled) finish, so the fine unevenness allows the ingredients to be seared to a fragrant finish. You can cook by searing and then boiling with just one pot, and it also prevents food from burning, making cleaning after cooking easy.
