*The CORDURA SPECTRA RIP used in the main body is made of Cordura nylon and Honeywell Spectra® fiber arranged in a lattice pattern. Both the warp and weft are made of 210D Cordura nylon and 200D Spectra, making up a 4mm square ripstop.

The main body has a capacity of about 14 liters and the front pocket has a capacity of about 2 liters, for a total of 16 liters.
The shoulder straps are the key to the backpack, and the outer fabric is made of 420D ROBIC® Ripstop Nylon. 420D ROBIC® is a combination of basic square grid ripstop and ultra-high strength, high-strength ROBIC® nylon 6. The surface of the fabric is treated with DWR (durable water repellent). The back side of the fabric has a unique backside coating called UTS (Ultra Tear Strength). Unlike traditional PU coatings, UTS has excellent hydrolysis resistance to improve tear strength and resist hydrolysis even under humid environmental conditions.
The core material uses 10mm thick EVA foam that has excellent resilience, resilience, and weather resistance. We have used a core material that is sticky so that even with a certain amount of weight, it will not put a strain on your shoulders.
The back and back of the shoulder straps are made of double raschel mesh. Improves breathability and reduces stickiness caused by sweat.
There is a tape running across the top of the shoulder strap. When using a hydration system as shown in the image above, this will reduce the hose's turbulence. There are no holes or slits for the hose, so please use a zipper to pass the hose through.
The front pocket has a durable bungee cord with a diameter of 3mm.
As shown in the image above, it can hold down light clothing such as towels, shirts, wind shells as well as helmets. When securing the helmet, avoid using bungee cords alone; instead, pass the helmet strap through the One Mile's upper hand strap and secure it.
When holding an ice ax, please pass the ice ax correctly through the ice ax holder tape located at the bottom of the backpack. To prevent the blade from swinging, please use a bungee cord to securely attach it to your backpack.
One Mile MP comes with a waist belt that can be removed with one touch. When carrying this backpack for a run or doing other activities where the backpack shakes violently from side to side, we recommend using a waist belt to prevent the backpack from shaking.
There are two small pockets inside the backpack.
There is a small pocket with key hook tape at the top of the front side where you can store small items.
There is a pocket on the back side that can store a PC or hydration system. It's just the right size to store a MacBook 13inch. The tip is intentionally designed so that it sticks out a little to make it easier to take out. The pocket does not extend all the way to the bottom so that even if you store your PC and leave it there, the impact will not be directly transmitted to the PC. The material used is the same 210D ROBIC® Ripstop Nylon as the shoulder pad surface.
Fitting
We would like to inform you about the correct position of carrying the One Mile MP on your back. Although this is not limited to One Mile MP, we recommend that you carry the backpack so that the center of gravity is as high as possible.
Adjust the tape on the shoulder straps so that the top of the backpack is exactly at or slightly below your shoulders as shown in the image above. The back and the back of the backpack fit perfectly.
If the shoulder straps feel too tight, loosen them and adjust them, being careful not to lower the backpack position too much.
We do not recommend carrying the backpack in a way that the top of the backpack is well below the shoulder line, as shown in the image above. Your luggage will feel heavy, and if your backpack is heavy, your upper body will feel like it's being pulled backwards, which can cause you to lose your balance. There is also a gap between your back and the back of the backpack, which can cause the backpack to swing.
