This collaboration combines a selection of photographs of Ryuichi Sakamoto by photographer Kazunari Tajima with artwork by Yoichiro Uchida, a close friend of SOPH. "A
DAY WITH RYUICHI SAKAMOTO" captures a single day spent with Sakamoto and Tajima, photographed alone in Manhattan on the streets, subways, cafes, restaurants, and more. This long-sleeved T-shirt features a charming portrait of Sakamoto with advertising art on the back, combined with typography for a graphic, and the title of the photobook on the right sleeve. The body is just loose enough to match the relaxed atmosphere of the photographs.
