The BEAMS PLUS button-down shirt is based on an American-made button-down shirt produced in the 1960s.
By using Supima cotton for the oxford cloth, the material has a more elegant luster and a softer, more supple texture than regular oxford cloth.
The pattern is based on American-made button-down shirts produced in the 1960s, with narrow (3 mm) side seams and an overall sewing needle count of 18 stitches (between 3 cm). The entire process is finished by skilled craftsmen at a factory in Japan. The hem of each side has a “+” mark on the can fastening as a point, which is a typical “BEAMS PLUS” accent.
