Based on the traditional Japanese attire worn by artisans and merchants during the Edo period, this garment has become a beloved symbol of festivals today. The back features a bold “Matsuri” (Festival) character designed to add a festive touch to special occasions, while the waistband is adorned with the “BEAMS JAPAN” logo, reimagined using a checkered pattern. Another playful detail is that when the sleeves are rolled up, the same checkered pattern peeks through, matching the waistband.
