The cushions are made of rush grass grown in Kumamoto Prefecture, dyed to express the "BEAMS JAPAN" logo, and jacquard woven to create a three-dimensional pattern, all of which are done by skilled craftspeople. Polyester felt is used for the filling to create a soft and comfortable seating experience. The edge fabric is beige or navy with the "BEAMS JAPAN" logo. The cushion is made of rush grass, which excels in moisture release and absorption, and has a comfortable, dry feel.
