PORTER LUGGAGE LABEL LINER NEO RUCKSACK [ 971-05729 ]

A total casual series commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Luggage Label brand. Based on the “Liner” and “New Liner” series, it has been reconstructed using newly developed PVC-coated fabric. New models such as waist bags, which were not available in the ‘Liner’ and “New Liner” series, have been added, and depending on the model, specifications have been changed to make them more lightweight.

The material is based on industrial materials used in airbags. The fabric is made from 420 denier 66 nylon, woven at high density for a voluminous and sturdy feel. It is further enhanced with high-performance fibers woven at an even higher density, resulting in exceptional durability and strength. The fabric is dyed using a unique liquid flow dyeing method that creates natural wrinkles, and then coated with a thin 0.15mm layer of PVC on the surface, producing wrinkles that differ from those created by wash processing.

The degree of wrinkles and color variations resulting from liquid dyeing are not uniform and may vary by batch, but we have intentionally adopted this as a unique characteristic. Additionally, the PVC coating on the surface may crack or peel over time depending on usage conditions.
